Service Description
Using the same professional materials as an in-office whitening, make the usual time-consuming experience much quicker and more comfortable. Whitening is most recommended not long after your most recent cleaning. We use the Opalescence Boost system and provide aftercare kits as well as instructional material.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling may be completed up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. All professional fees are charged directly to the patient. Payment is the responsibility of the patient, not the insurance company. Insurance claims may be submitted as a courtesy.
